anyone have any trouble getting products from car customs.net? i ordered control arm bushings from them a month ago, still shows pending on their site i have tried calling, emailing them and sedning a pm on here for 2 weeks not and no response yet.
i want to cancel my order if this is how they treat customers, and just buy them from somewhere else but dont even know how to do that, any one know how the heck to get ahold of these guys?

karo is highly reliable, and the best vendor to deal with. Ill see what I can find out from him.

I always ordered directly through karo... i only used the site once...
Keep calling. He will get it taken care of, but i've also found (on three occasions) that ordering through the website with no further correspondence can lead to delays.

see if that helps. I only used www.allecotec.com a few times, but thats because he put the gauges I wanted on his site just to buy them through the site. He hooked me up hardcore on my RK Sport upper mount, paired with my bates oil pump gear. As well as free shipping.
Had the same issues till I got in touch with Karo. I agree with everyone else...just keep trying.

odd... I have purchased many times from Karo...
Never had any issues.
karo is a great guy and ive bought many items from him over the years with 100% satisfaction but it seems lately more and more of these instances are happening. maybe he's just getting real busy....
I ordered the same bushings through the website a few months ago, it took over a month for them to show up.
And a couple weeks after that I went straight through him and ordered 2 stainless valves, I think I waited a good month for those to ship as well as my engine build sat idle and I waited and waited to get my daily back on the road, I had to resort to nagging him 3 or 4 times a week until he finally shipped them. Not sure if he's busy or what... but that was my experience with him.
Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.
yeah, i had great experience with him in the last years, but tried to order a set of ca bushing with a wideband by phone lately. he told me it would ship in a week and its been more than a month and no update yet. so i just ordered elsewhere.
its sad cause i always got perfect customer service from him. looks like he's just too busy to run this now....
I talk to him on a regular basis. he doesn't really use the car sustoms site muc. most all his business runs through. allecotec.com
with that being said I would think he has a very good reason that your order didn't go out. sometimes $h!t happens. But I know karo will take care of ya once he finds out what has happened.
I bought a wideband from him and the whole deal was really quick...although that was through facebook not car customs
I texted him. He said emails have been sent. He is back to working 12 hour days so its making things a little tougher for him. but emails have been sent and its being taken care of.

Its not anyone else's fault that I have become busy and have fallen behind on my work, and no one should suffer because of it.

That right there is why I rock allecotec and carsutoms decals on my ride, never rocked any other companies sticker clutter before I dealt with Karo.
In fact I'm a no decal on cars type of guy, and I broke my own rule to advertise for him, so that says something.
