I know that i have posted multiple times that any set of aftermarket eco cams require upgraded valvesprings.
its an old concept. time for something new to take the reigns. - Z yaaaa
yup tinkles is correct because if i remember reading about cams before and everyone says the same thing you need valvesprings with any eco cam

The best bang for your buck will be the supertech 78 lb spring kit. These will handle the lift and "revvability" of any off the shelf cam grind. Beyond that, if you intend to rev much beyond 7000rpm, you will need to consider neutral balance shafts or a delete kit. Your need to rev above 7k will be determined by the cam you select, and what you're doing with the car. Comp stage 1 or 2's - just get the valve springs and tune to 7200 or so. Comp stage 3's, you may want to do the balance shafts and spin higher.
