I have noticed that when the engine is cool in the morning and it does it's first early commute my fuel pressure will be at 50-52 PSI at idle and 62-65 at WOT.
But the longer I drive, my fuel pressure drops to 42 at idle and 58 at WOT
Then the other day I was sitting in the car with the A/C waiting for someone and I saw the gauge actually drop little by little as the engine temps went up a little.
I open the hood to cheack the relay and the where F***ing hot. Out of curiosity I checked the fans and they were not blowing too har either.
I grabbed my voltmeter and check the voltage. 13.36V all around
Could it be an electrical problem. If so, anybody have an idea of what it might be.
Did you get the wiring harness with it?

Negative. Many people said you wouldn't really need it, so I decided to opt out of it. But I wouldn't of imagined it was going to cause drops in the fuel pressure.
This is the same thing it was doing with the pump it had. It was still good but sometimes the fuel pressure would be too low.
You "shouldn't" need it. You sound like you have a questionable electrical, possibly.
What is the alternator putting out at 1500 rpm?

It's an LSJ alternator and honestly I can't remember at the moment, but it was either 13.9x or 14.xx
14.4 is normal.

So the relay is hot? Sounds like it is either not getting enough power, or drawing too much power.
I'm wondering if the harness upgrade would fix it, but not sure.
I would start with checking all power (alternator, fuses, relays, and pump) at cold start and once warm.
FU Tuning
So hot I couldn't hold it in my hand. All the relays were like that.
If every relay is hot, you've definitely got some sort of electrical issue. I would go through everything with a fine toothed comb and check it over carefully. Also, get the upgraded harness as well. It miight not help, but it definitely won't hurt.

would be nice to know if the wire uprgrade will help.
GMR has got nothing on this
I am pretty sure it does help. if anything it makes the pump run better. Hopefully I'll be getting one in a few days and I'll see how it works out. Unfortunately I think my problem lies elsewhere.
