IF YOU KNOW THE SPECS ON THEM YOU CAN CALL ARP AND THEY WILL SEARCH THEIR DATABASE AND FIND THEM IF THEY MAKE BOLTS THAT SIZE.

ALL YOU NEED IS THE LENGTH, AND BOTH THREADS
THEN JUST BUY THE MATCHING WASHER AND NUTS FROMT THEM.

YEAH THEY WILL MAKE THEM FOR YOU

YOU ONLY NEED THE BLOCK THREAD, AND THE THREAD ON THE HEAD CAN BE ANYTHING AS LONG AS YOU MATCH IT WITH THE WASHERS AND 12 PT NUTS. JUST TAKE YOUR STOCK ONE TO A HARDWARE STORE AND FIGURE OUT THE THREAD, AND LENGTH, THEN TELL THEM.

I HAD THEM MAKE TWO CUSTOM BOLTS FOR MY 2200 APLICATION FOR THE ALTERNATOR BRACKET.

CALL 1-805-525-1497 THATS THE ARP CUSTOM ORDER NUMBER.

Any custom bolts are around 1,200 So I doubt Phil had them custom made the ones for the 2200 that are longer are from an a custom RSX kit that just happen to be the same length and thread pitch you need for the 2200 to use on the Alternator bracket.Reason i know this is i had a turbo 2200 before the ecotec. Jason if you want some main bolts ill get you a price tommorow from gm. If you want beefed up ones Call Bates Engineering they make some. But i dont think you need them.

I'm going to bring this back from the dead.
Are they not like the Head bolts and need to be replaced?
After tearing apart the bottom end for a bent rod replacement I can't imagine with that many bolts holding the girdle on that main bolts are a problem on this motor......

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Personally I would replace them if stock bolts, ARPs are fine to reuse.

Stock they are torque to yield like the head bolts and will probably be slightly distorted and prevent you from getting the optimal torque.
