Not to be rude but have you seen an ECO before? Bolt pattern aside looking at the picture common sense should tell you on an eco that header would shoot the exhaust out of the front of the car.

I have this header on my 96. Polished stainless header,downpipes, and hardware 150 off ebay
Ex ports r so small on a 98 that a header won't do ya much good without some port work imo
