probs after accident

so, i got in an accident.

right after accident, perfect running car runs like crap

check engine light and trac light are on, and when u get in and start it up, theres a ticking coming from the driver side engine compartment. the ticking stops after a few seconds and then the service light comes on. it also shifts really really hard. used to shift buttery smooth. barely idles, runs like crap below 2.5k

80k miles, ran perfect before wreck. any ideas? these two pics show a hardline, maybe to fuel pump? is alil kinked.

and this nipple broke off. attaches to a sensor. dunno what that is either. plugged it up on the sensor side, issue remained. any ideas?

bodywork is fixed, now i gotta get it running good again. pulls good from about 3k to redline still.

01 z24 2.4 engine. any ideas?

both issues are intake related so i figure that may be a part of it, but im not sure what those sensors do, so idk. no idea on the hard shifting tranny either. 80k miles

map sensor....no map = no run gude...
also i think from the pics the intake is what broke off, replace intake , hook hoses back up should be good. as long as the metal pipe doesnt have a hole in it you should be fine (goes to booster btw)

Awesome, so I need to replace the whole intake, or just clean the hole up, mount a nipple in there, seal it up and attach the hose again?

Would that affect the tranny as well? I don't think so but hell, idk. Booster for what?

the service light I believe is related to the clicking noise that comes and goes after a few seconds., Usually it's the DRL's. Meaning you have a high beam out or something. The system freaks out, then turns on the service light. If I dont turn on my HID's (no DRL delete yet), my cavi will do the same thing.
In fact, so did my grand am.
Thats my 2 cents on your problems, seems the other questions were already answered.

Yup. Plug the hole off that broke on the intake. Reattach the MAP sensor to manifold vacuum, make sure there are no other vacuum leaks, and should be good to go. The clicking is probably DRL system. Check all bulbs for proper operation.

So, I took the Throttle body off, drilled a small hole in the intake where the nipple broke off, epoxied a new nipple in there, put it all back together, and it runs perfect again

Had to replace the driver side headlight socket as well, that fixed the ticking/service light.

Thanks for the help!!
