Where would be the best place to find a aftermarket throttle body intake for a 97 cavalier I tried EBAY and they didnt have one

good luck. manta part (bad place to deal with) had one, don't know if they still do though.

properly? unless you have a machine shop at your disposal, i would not recommend it. also, if you look under you hood, the throttle body is an integral part of the upper plenum. as in, you cant just take the TB off and replace it. you take the whole plenum.

STS (Street Truck Specialties). They make one for the older LN2, and since the plennum & TB for the pre-'98 LN2's are the same in both the S-truck & J-body apps...

It looks like STS isn't in business anymore. Does anyone know of a place to get a larger throttle body on the ln2 95-97 motors?
Or is getting a stock one machined with a larger butterfly valve my best option right now?
Get stock bored. less than a hundred @ machine shop.
