Hey guys,
I have looked all over this site for any information regarding my question and have found nothing. Im not saying it isnt there just I could not located it. Anyways, I am rebuilding my L61 Ecotec engine. I am currently buying parts for the build.
I have bought Eagle Forged HBeam Connecting Rods and Wiseco 8.9:1 Forged Pistons. Now my question is this: I am building for a turbo application and would like some input on what you guys have used in reference to rod/main bearings with what I currently have?
You drive a cavalier? Why yes... yes I do.
ive always just used stock GM bearings for both
I am using the clavier tm77 race bearings that have ceramic oil shed coating on them. Using same rods and pistons too
Same rod/piston combo as you as well. I used factory GM main bearings, and ACL rod bearings.
