What kind of gains can I get from a electric exhaust dump? If even any thing?

I would assume so, but none.
When I dyno'd mine back to back it was good for 8whp and 14wtq, and thats over a 2.25" cat-back.
My car was all-motor and IIRC it was dynoing in the 150whp range at the time.
There is big gains to be had if you set them up correctly, set it up similar to a collector extension on a open header V8 car.
They also make a super fun noice maker when you feel like being "that guy" at cruise nights, bonus points if you also hook up a 2-step and bounce it cutout open....LOL
