What benefit doesswapping to the ho springs offer?
Would the do anything for a n/a build?

It offers insurance if you have larger cams.

As cory said, they were designed for higher lift cams from factory so they hold up well. I have a brand new set of HO springs if your interested.

if you run the springs, you should get the matching lifters and bore the cam towers out to fit...

I've been told you don't absolutely have to, but your putting bigger springs in lifters that are smaller than what they were designed for

if you mean just using them on stock cams then it means absolutely zero performance gain or otherwise.

changing valve springs alone doesnt help an engine lol (unless of course the springs used are in-adequate) in which case the LD9's are fine up to secret cams...

I was going to use them with the secret cams. But now I'm lookin at doing the whole head swap.

Either way the 2.4 lifters will gouge the 2.3 spring with anything larger than stock lift. So 35 mm lifters and boring the tower are a must with those springs. In all honesty 2.4 springs should be fine with secret cams.
