I saw this before and was considering it.
I can't say much about the product, but I can say CBM has outstanding quality and are great to deal with. I got a FPR adapter from them and it's a well made part.

I wouldn't want to run the engine without a thermo tho... will take a lot longer to heat up, which isn't necessarily a GOOD thing.
also, the stock housing lets you use the heater outlets for the cooling lines to a turbo.
a loop won't take up much space.
