I'm going to be putting a 2.3 head on my 2.4 block pretty soon. I have a pacesetter 4-1 header on the car now but when I do the head swap in wont work. I can't seem to find a 2.3 exhaust flange anywhere or simply a 2.3 header. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough but I've been trying for awhile. So what's everyone using for exhaust manifolds/headers when they do the head swap? I really don't want to use a factory manifold.

i have a quad4 header flange you you want to buy it. And on the other hand Ron on quad4forums.com makes nice tubular headers for about $550, i had one very nice. just sold it actually.

You could cut of the 2.4 flange and weld the 2.3 flange on. The ports will / might need to be tweaked a little.

That's kinda what I was of doing. Cutting the flange off of the header I have now and welding a 2.3 flange on I just can't find a 2.3 flange. Spencer I'm interested in the flange. How much?
