I've got an 04 cavalier. I did the LE5 intake manifold swap as well as putting the LE5 exhaust manifold and a tune. I'm wondering if there are any other "stock" parts I could swap to get some more power? Are there more aggressive cams out of another eco that would work in an L61? Our rules don't let us do anything as far as aftermarket... basically the engine is supposed to be untouched. I'm not necessarily trying to get by cheap, just don't want to have 10 grand into it when I'm done.
I mean technically you could run forged rods and pistons, bump the compression, run aftermarket cams/springs, and tune it with HPTuners to have a higher rev limiter and dial in fuel and timing better. No one would know unless they tore you down.

LE5 Intake manifold, ported LSJ exhaust manifold, LSJ injectors, and HPT to tune would be about the only things you could get away with
