Well it was really nast weather as most of you know and went to go around a turn, lost control crossed the other lane, thank god no other cars were in the other lane, went in the ditch bounced over the rough terrain, broke my driver side cv join or axle or whatever, crushed my front bumper, a arm wrinkled and collapsed in the back, think it bent frame since that brush guard bar was at an angle with the front of the bar angled toward the center of the car, ken2.2 subframe brace broke off at the bolts, trans pan is snagged and pulled the front lip down a little bit. driver side fender is smashed from the tire hitting the back of the fender, pass side rim is all scraped up, hood may be crinkled, havnt looked at it, ac radiator looking thing is bent and hole in it looked like. either bent my strut mount or the coilover, bent my exhaust, scraped up my oil pan pretty good. Im ok except my back hurts, mom b%#!@ me out and about after 15 minutes of that she asked if i was alright, my friends family was more concerned about me that my mother was which is sad, my mom said im a screw up for the way i drive. my dad was just out helping me in the rain get all the mud washed off so that it wouldnt cake on there. My licence is going to be suspended since im on probation for a speeding ticket and a ticket for too fast for conditions is a moving violation, so i have until i get my letter to drive on a ticket. Ill try to get pics tommorrow. i have full coverage but a lot of good that is going to do me since i cant drive it and i will have to pay the insurance on it no matter what. so basically my life is S*!# right now, luckily i have some friends who care more than my mom does or i dont know waht i would do. and to all the people ive talked to so far, thanks for talking to me.
I dont understand why you got a ticket yet...you just went into a ditch. You didn't destroy anyone elses property did you?

Seriously What the F^%& who are you to say how i am? I am a safe driver, im just the one who gets caught, so you tell me you have never taken a curve, at posted speed limit before? Cuz thats what i did. I was below the posted speed limit actually hydroplaned, so before you go judging me, know what happened, if you want to know just ask.
I've gotten plenty of tickets, luckly no accidents, but lots of tickets, and I am more than willing to bet I can drive circles arond who ever you re decided t trash talk. Ever think maybe the cops in his town got nothing better to do? Hope you boosted your sad self esteem. How fast were you going exactly when it was storming, and what part of the pounding rain, loud thunder, massive lightning and crappy conditions didn't tell you to slow down exactly . . .

Not taken as you being a dick, It was bad around here. it wasnt like a drizzle,rain, pour deal, it was a nothing, pour,nothing,pour, drizzle, i just happened to wait for it to clear up and hten left and it started to drizzle, honestly i was going about 26mph, or 27, curve is rated for 30. I was not speeding, i have good tires, there was no lightning or thunder at the time, i thought it cleared up enough to get me on my way home safely. I
Talked to the insurance today, guy is gonna call me tommorrow or wed to set up a time to come look at it, im gonna go take pics now. I was wearing my seatbelt, like always, so that is why my back hurts. Other than that, im not as mad as i was last night, but im still upset. we will see what happens, off to take pics...

Okay first off. Actually no I dont speed, 5-7 over is it, and thats all the time. I dont take curves at wild speeds trying to see it handles.
I'm sorry about your wreck and all, but man take some responbility here. Your saying its the weathers fault, it is was so bad outside how about not going just belwo the speed limit, but well below it then?
I have driven in some very bad weather before, and made it out fine. Of course I slowed down to what other traffic was doing and kept my distance.
It isnt that hard to make it five years without a ticket.

5-7 over is speeding, and i wasnt taking a curve at a wild speed, no im not saying its the weathers fault. my abs sensor is bad, so no ABS, i have flat spots to show my tires locked up and slid(hydroplaned) on the road. i went 26-27, like i said, curve is rated for 30 at the time it was sprinkleing, not raining, and the road did not seem that bad. and many people get away with speeding everyday some people just happen to get caught or sometimes they dont really deserve the ticket. like my last ticket, didnt deserve it. i had 4 witnesses in different cars, that all came to court with me to fight a 59 in a 35 ticket, his word against mine, and ours, i lost, got supervision. so i was not speeding in that one but still got a ticket.

now who the FUK do u think you are to scold someone like that.. driving for 5 yrs and not having a single ticket doesn't mean u can drive it just means you follow the rules of the road.. does that give you permission to rip on this kid? since he slid in the rain and put his car into the ditch? he stated he was doing under the speed limit and was being careful.. and unless you are a complete moron no one would speed under those conditions now put ur internet cock back in your pants and go back to ur day job

^^^^^ yeah and my snow tires are worse tires than what i was using during the accidnet. good news is the adjustor was out today, said its messed up pretty bad and he is going to write up an estimate to see if it should be totalled or not. if it is i may buy it back and part it out. lots of good working parts on it unaffected from the crash. but i have the auto body shop coming out to look at it as well. so we will see what happens.
Car is totaled, $5600 in damage, It sucks cuz i cant buy t back sicne the car is not 9 years old, im going to see if my unlce can somehow get it back since he owns a tow service. He has to talk to some IAC or something to see what can happen. So im in the market for a new car. dont knwo how much insurance is going to give me.
Prefer a 5 spd, Eco, cavalier those are my highest priorities
