I want angel eyes really bad , but they make them for 1999 down and not for my 2004 (i mean they make them custom but its 650!!) so i was wondering if it is possible to switch just the headlights from 1999 to my 2004? if so what would i need (whole front swap?)

yeah front end swap...not worth it...you can actually buy the angel eyes by themselves and put them in by yourself
to get 95-99 halo projector headlights on a 03+, you'll need the lights, hood, hood latch, and bumper from a 95-99. you'll also have to rewire for a two bulb headlight setup. not worth it just for the lights. if you just want angel eyes, do like said above. buy a set of angel eyes and a spare set of stock headlights and do it yourself.
