Is there anyone in the st. louis area that has done a water pump on a 2.4L that could help me do a water pump and timing chain in my garage for a case of beer and a tank of gas, or something else? My water pump just let loose in my driveway this afternoon with no warning. I have the jack stands, engine brace, and probably all the tools needed to do the job I just dont have the knowlege or the guts to attempt the install by myself. I have done a bunch of em... I don't mind helping out you, but a case of beer and a tank of gas is not enough to cover this amount of work.... What have you been quoted and by what shop? What part of STL you in? Also, is it an auto or manual?
