nah you can give em a try travis. but i think they will probably be too thick for the sunfire and end up hitting the door skin. they barely cleared on my 4dr. cavy and those have a lot more space behind the skin than fires. i'll bring them to a meet sometime this spring though. otherwise, they sell plastic adapters that are slightly angled. those might work for you.

I think my problem was more with the speakers than anything, I was trying to put alpine type r's in there and the magnets are freakin huge but Im gonna get some smaller speakers to go in there for next time.
