Who you getting the Ground Controls from? Just kidding man..............don't pay a shop to do it. Just take out a Saturday and get a couple buddies to help with the install. All you need are some basic tools. A Sawzaw(sp?) works wonders, and a caliper will help. Caliper you can get at Harbor Frieght for like $10, otherwise if you have something else that will read mm, use it. You just need that to measure 39mm from the top of the strut housing so you know where to cut. It in the instructions..........

I emailed you the instructions this morning. Hopefully someone over there can help. I would, but with my own installs and family, I just run out of time to do anything. Post some pics when you have it done!!!
