Ya know gmanz and I were talking about this a couple days ago how the MN guys kinda fell off the face of the .org. Most of the guys have moved on to different things and nobody new has really stepped into their places. Hopefully we could get some new guys in here and get the popularity back up in MN. But I think the Milwaukee area still has quite a bit going on.
Well we need to bring some of these people back and start having meets or do something. It does not have to be all jbodies im sure we can get few other cars to join.
I live in wisconsin, an hour east of the twin cities...so im down for whatever, whenever. (Granted my car isnt in working order at the moment
) But I think the "fall off" has to do more with the economy/world going to @!#$ just like everything else now days.

actually, the decline has more to do with the fact that nobody ever showed up to meets anymore. they used to be held every month, and were one hell of a good time. slowly, people started to not show up, until there was practically nobody left going. no sense having meets if there's no interest.

ya i moved to IL so everyone complaining needs to get their a$$ to the bash next month!!! that will be the meet of all meets, its only like 12 hrs from the twin cities. its not that long of a trip if ur in a group of people drivin or have someone in the car to drive with, i just drove from columbus to the twin cities last week.
p.s. to have meets someone has to post a thread to start one, i dont see anyone posting even an interest thread, so if u want a meet just post something to gather interest and see when a good date would be.

ya dude i just moved there last week. but ill visit, so maybe when I visit ILL set up a meet

I probably wouldn't be able to do one because all of my weekends are booked for work. I might be able to do one at night or later in the evening, but thats it for me.

Yep they are in. I was surprised how more reactive the car is. Definetaly worth the money. I also bypassed the A/C, so I don't know how much that helped. But it was pretty simple if everything goes right. Did you get yours installed? If you need a crank pulley puller let me know, I got one.
hell i used to drive 2 hrs to make the meets when i still lived in MN. they were a good time and alot of good people to hang with.

yeah the meets used to be a blast, but personnally I'm fed up with cars lately, I'm done with my car, besides getting some tires, fixing my clutch actuator problem, and lowering my car..
i have a lot of @!#$ going on in my life right now, and cars are the last thing that need to be on my mind.

My tranny still sucks.... and I've been doing crap to my bike more than anything lately...... but I usually show up to just about any meet in MN if it's on a day I have off (I work every other Sat).....
Hell.... I'de start a meet thread myself but I have a lot of crap going on right now..... with all the work I'm doing on my bike and being essentially homeless at the moment.

Nope I didn't loose any coolant since then, which is kiinda weired and good at the same time.
