A quick search in the performance forum should tell you what you need to know about spark plugs.
The general consensus is that AC Delco Plats are the most sound choice for non-boosted applications. While some people may be happy with Bosch, there's a lot of people out there that have had nothing but headaches with their plugs.
Denso and NGK Iridiums are fine, but yield no real benefit over the ACDelco plats unless you're boosted. You'd just be spending extra money is all.
Bear in mind that I'm just regurgitating what I've come to understand through reading many threads like this one.

GET AC DELCOs Platinums, your car will run better and you will be thankful. GM puts AC Delco in from the factory and they have used them since the beginning, so thats what will run the best.
