Can anyone tell me if a 2.4l twincam engine from a 2000 Sunfire Auto, be swaped with a Grand Am Auto, 2.4l twincam engine? If so are there any other issues to look out for, any extra compontents needed. Reason why I ask is my current engine blew and im in need of a new engine. Thanks all..
what year is the grand am??
and yes they can be swapped but need to know the year to tell you the list of things you may or may not have to change

it will bolt right in pretty much just have to switch to the Grand Am engine mounts since they are both out of a 2000 they are the same engine
Does anyone know the GM stock number for the drivebelt on a 2000 2.4L (The one that connects to the alternator and etc.) and the cost? Mines squealing and needs to be replaced. Thanks All.
