I got my Grand Am front brake swap, All cleaned up ready to go on, Comes with polished Aluminum Steering knuckles, Newer wheel bearings, polished calipers, caliper brake line bolt, all hardware, good newer pads, good rotors, 2 grand am CV joints, Will include the Grand Am ball joints if u want, but for the price of them (about $60 a pair) I would highly recommend brand new ones.
What is the kit still need to install?: The only thing missing is, you will need grand am tie-rod ends (about $80 a pair new) Then the Grand Am CV joints will need to be put on J axles, or you can go with N body axels. I have a set of Auto J axles, and a set of manual Axles from an Isuzu tranz (dunno if getrag Axel is the same) $20 a side.
for more info on this please few the N W F swap thread in the suspension forum on the .org
want this gone asap!
$100 O.B.O
:| sold
ill need the isuzu axles, or can i just use my own?
i needed a new wheel bearing and for this price ill take it buddy.
and you can throw in those outer tails from a while back haha
next weekend good to meet up?

Umm how does this affect the strength of the axles?
reading this over im not so sure i want it anymore
it wont make a difference to the strength, if anything i'd say it would be stronger as the grand am is bigger, will be just as strong as as the factory as long as its put together properly, you can do it yourself or pretty much any shop that does axles will be able to do it for you.
btw you will be needed 5x115 wheels for this swap.
this is an exellent starting point for some large upgrades.
there's a tone of info in the N W F swap sticky in the suspension area.

I appreciate the info..
Im going to look into the axle thing, if you still have it when i get the info i need, ill definately buy it off you!
if not then good luck with the sale
by doing it myself do you mean just simply welding it together?
or is there something im missing about joining the axles of two different vehicles together?
ooo @!#$ no man,no welding...you just changing the outer CV joint, its just a matter of removing the boot, then there is a pin or so to knock out, then reassemble back. your not joining axles, your putting grand am CV joints on the outter end of you stock axles so they spline into the N-Body hub. the only reason u see part of an axle in the pic is its still assembled to crap doesn't get into the CV.
n/p man just let me know
OHHH wow that makes so much more sense.
i guess the picture confused me a little bit, thanks for the info. i guess im a noob when it comes to brakes and axles etc, i never really dabble with that except to change them lol
bump bump, no one wants to upgrade there brakes? want em gone throw out offers.
this is a great deal!! good luck on the sale.
great deal... lemme know how you like ur new brake kit.
