Hi guys, I have a 2.5" in, 2.25" out stainless steel, mandrel bent, axel-back Magnaflow camaro style muffler with two tips. Both tips are worth 30 new, the muffler is worth 90 new, plus taxes. There's no rust, was never actually used in Canada... bought it along with my turbo stuff from a guy in the lower states and never used it (if you are looking at the tips, I will assure you those spots will come off with polish compound). I will not guarantee that the piping lines up with your current exhaust, or the cutouts/placement of tips will either, but with that said it should be very close. Was mounted to a 2005 sunfire coupe before being taken off.

How would this pount underneath the car? if its not too difficult as I am no exhaust man myself ill take it...
does anyone have picks of how it would mount??
Andrew, I am unsure as to how this would be mounted. You would need to go to a shop to get it mounted, however I will tell you that Dave is a great guy to buy from seeing as I have his old exhaust setup.

Hey jackson, just spent 30 minutes trying to dig these pictures up but I finally found them on the net. Here's how he had it installed, this is all I've got though sorry if it's not too helpful.
That's all I've got. I'm sure a crafty exhaust shop will not have a problem mounting it somewhere there on your car. Let me know what you think.

Ya Andrew I will let you know when I head down that way again. As for the sound, I will say that honestly Magnaflow makes one hell of a product. If you take this muffler off Dave and put on a nice 18" or longer Magnaflow resonator, you will be golden. Dave knows what he is doing when it comes to exhausts and doesn't buy @!#$, I can easily say that as his old system that I now have sounds sweet and his new system on his turbo cav sounds dope as well.

Andrew, what else are you running exhaust wise. Maybe I can consult you on what kind of sound you are looking for and I could recommend some other parts. I wiill HIGHLY stress than an 18" resonator is necessary to reduce drone and any high pitched noises, however a 22" would be even better. (I am biased however, as Dave's old system which is now mine has a 22" long 4" round body Magnaflow)
