My boyfriend and I bought a 1996 Sunfire Convertible with a bad 2.4 engine. We'll need to drop another 2.4 in there. We live in Savannah, GA but the car is up near Atlanta. Does anyone know of the best place to get a used 2.4 for a good price up there?
I think it would be cool if someone from the
could hook us up with a place up there to bring the car so we could replace the engine, then we wouldn't have to tow the car back to Savannah to work on it. Anyone think that's a good idea? We can work something out. Thanks everyone!
Whats wrong with the engine you have? If it's not bottom end I would take it off your hands for cheap...

it has 145,000 miles on it and the seller says it's "ticking". We haven't seen it yet but is it worth a rebuild?
