That is roughly 6.5 hours, give or take, from Daytona. It's a hour to hour and half East of Pensacola, FL. Another reference is Panama City Beach. Fort Walton is 1.5 West of PCB.
It's a nice truckin' distance. I now from Cocoa Beach to my home town of DeFuniak Springs it's 7-8 hours. From my home town FWB is around 1 hour away. Really depends how you drive.
