Title says it all really. The questions I have are in regards to vehicle laws. For example, seat belts - this is not very clear to me:

So does the bold part mean any pick-up truck is not required to wear seatbelts, as long as you're 18+?? Or does it mean that if you're 18+ you don't have to wear your belt when driving off-road?? I haven't been able to find anything online that clears up such laws better...
Also, what can yall tell me about Lithia area, west ATL suburbs, etc? Any particular neighborhoods I should or should not look for a apartment/house in? My work (ALP Lighting for those that know the area) is putting me up in a hotel till I find a place. I figure I'll start with an apartment and then save up for a house. My Cav & bike will be staying up here in Chicagoland at my parents until I get a place.

Naw, its not so much that I don't want to, I was just curious about it. Kinda like the helmet on my bike, up here I've rode maybe 3-4 times without it, we don't have a helmet law in Illi (quite surprisingly). But usually I would wear it when riding.
Oh yea, another one I just remembered, the yellow headlights & fogs that are legal up here, are they legal in GA?? I can't find anything online that says if they are or not. Title 40 only says like "Two headlights are required" but does not specify that they must be white... Prolly another thing to ask the local PD about when I get down there I guess...

not sure on the seat belt law, if in doubt i'd jst wear it. the "click it or ticket" thing is strongly inforced. and as far as the yellow lights go, i see them all the time, so i'm assuming they are not a problem

I won't be a GA J after all. My work was going to have me there for up to a 30-day trial to 'test the waters', but the g/f said that if I leave, thats it. Even if I didn't like GA (which I know I actually would) and came back to IL, then she'd still be gone. Damn me and my niceness & love... So much for getting the hell outta Illi.
