Hey what's up board. I'm going to a conference down in Charlotte this weekend and I'm tryin to find out some of the local hotspots/bars. I've done a lil bit of looking on-line, but I'd rather hear some of your opinions.

but to be honest i have only been to bar charlotte it was pretty fun the first few times but the only reason i dont like it is because of it size, but 90% of the clubs and bars in charlotte have a dress code that you HAVE to abide by otherwise you are not getting in. Such as collared button up shirts (but not polo), no gang colors, nice pants, no sneakers, no timberlands, etc etc. they are trying to make the places clean cut and "NY" style. IDK how the comedy zone is in Charlotte, i wanted to go when Ron White was there but the tickets sold out the first day lol. But I dont know if youre wanting to go to a bar, a club/bar, a club, and strip joint or what so that might be a lil more helpful
I'm thinkin we are gonna try to stick to the bars or the clubs/bars...we have a few girls in the group and I'm not too sure how they would feel about the strip clubs.
Thanks for the heads up on the dress code though, I'll make sure to pack a few button-up shirts just in case
no prob. the best thing to really do is just search the charlotte nightlife and get different ideas. people can be biased on one particular place that you might not like so i would do that

no prob. i dont think there are many charlotte people on here that actually talk. i live outside of charlotte and dont go much unless i have to or just very bored lol. but i tried lol.
I've been to Amos Southend, it was nice, more of a place to go and watch live music, I think this weekend Winger ( I think I spelt that right) is gonna be playing. I went do and watched Rehab and the Crazy Angos play, was gonna go watch Shinedown but had some things come up.

MENAGE is dead on Sat but crazy ery fridays.. dixies is gud too; Time lounge hip-hop style, scorpion gay club but turns into asian night ery sat also as for strip clubs i suggest Uptown Cabarret but i haven't been bar hopping clubbing in a while so..................
