my car was hit by a hit and run driver and my insurance will not pay me so i am sad to say i will be parting her out, she is not a total loss, but i just dont have it in me to rebuild. My wife ran her outa gas and i got out to push, as did my wife, she was steering and pushing with the door barely open when a Toyota Tacoma slamed into the open door coming inches from killing my wife. the guy got out of his truck and looked at the damage on his truck and as i was walking up to his truck about to kill him he jumped in and took off. He was about 70 yards away so i didnt get the tag and they never caught him. Im just glad that my wife is ok, the car on the other hand is not, not to mention the fuel pump, and injectors going bad cuz she ran outa gas, the door, fender and the front clip are toast. the car can be rebuilt but i have done 6 cars since i was 19, i think im gonna take a break for a year or so and just chill. so there is an add in the classifieds for my wheels, im selling them, and parting out my cavi. want some parts for cheap call me, my # is in the classifieds add that i posted in the wheels section.

Why won't your insurance pay you?
depends on ur deductable... I had a high ded. on my collision and somebody did something like that to me, insurance wouldn't pay cause it was covered under collision. Not comprehensive... but vandalism is considered under comprehensive... makes very little sense to me sometimes... so a lot of people who just can't afford extremely LOW deductables get messed over quite alot...

how much for the car ? im really looking for all the parts to do a 5 spd swap . so really a price on those thanks . like the resivor ,cables, shfiter , pedal assembly and so on . i already have the trans , flywheel, ecu, and harness . also i need the trans mounting brackets that are attatched to the body if you can cut those out ?
