Ok i want to get all of us that are going to the NPD show to come as a group and park together. It'll be the Florida J-Bodys and i'll bring the banner. This way where all together and we can let other j-bodies there know about next year show coming up. What you guys think? say 8:00am at the spot where the Ocala guys meet up at then we all head over to the show at 830 - 45.

free if you are in the show... but it says no early departures so once you are there you are there until the END. I can't be tied down like that... I have some serious issues with going somewhere and NOT having the option to leave.

WTF......... so big deal the show is from 10 till 5 .. WOW .. 7hrs to enjoy the park and rides .. you only have to be there at the show for the awards.
I'm sure you just up and leave your job / class whenever you like .
I for one work 9 to 10 hrs a day , I do not see the big deal with a 7 hr show ..
the Fla J-show is only 4 hrs and we are talking about making it longer due to there is not eoungh time to judge the cars and do the awards in 4 hrs .,and this is with only 50 cars , just think how long it will take to judge 500 cars and hand out the awards
No ONE can make anyone stay anywhere. If you had to leave for some reason then go. They can not make you stay.

Yea, you can leave whenever.. you just forfeit the opportunity to win a trophy, thats all. I'm seein this as a chance to hang with all the J guys again, since its not too often, like, once a yr that we all get to hang in one spot. I'm jumpin all over this like a hobo on a ham sammich
And I'm with John.. screw Slamfest. This a BIG chance to show EVERYONE what we're all about. Blue's talkin about bringin a banner and makin sure we're all gathered properly.. my excitement for this show just kicked up a few notches, especially if we can get a good turn-out on just the j-body end of this thing. The only problem is if you guys wanna meet up at 8am. My new job makes me work every other Saturday. My dumb*ss asked to get my Saturdays switched, not realizing that it puts me on the clock that morning. But, I get out at 9am, so if you guys wanna chill at the meet spot, I can try to get there about 9:30 maybe. I would just need time to get home and hop in the shower for a second. I'll prep the car the day before.
