My gf and 7 other friends are going to HHN this Friday, and i wanted to know what is there to do other then the tourist traps there. I know about Old Town, but we as a group want to do something different there and well I'm looking for a few pointers from the locals on what is good out there.

if you like bars go to universal studios City Walk. its the best nightlife around. Halloween horror nights at universal is suppose to be great too if you're into haunted houses. if you want great food, one of my favorite restaurants is the Cheesecake Factory at "Mall at Millenia". the cheapest thing to do is lay/swim at the pool.

Well if you decide to go to Disney at all your in time for the International Food and Wine Festival. Basically the World Showcase lagoon in Epcot is filled with booths that house different sampled foods and wines that you can purchase to taste and lots of seminars on different things like wine tasting, chocolate or food sampling... stuff like that, and depending on what night you go theres a bunch of different bands that hold free concerts at American Gardens theatre in epcot. Food for thought
