I was wanting to get another J but I just couldn't pass this up. It's a 97' that I was "hoping" only needed a starter, but me and my buddy kind of figured the motor was shot. Dang, I was wanting to drive it for a bit, before the GTP swap. We ended up towing it back from Tally yesterday, and let me tell you, everything that could've went wrong, DID. I guess the car was just not wanting to go home with me lol. The body is super clean other than fade on the plastic bumper and it just needs a little interior work. Hoping to get it going soon so I can get out of my current GTP.....then I'll be on the hunt for another cav. Anyways, I'm hoping to make it to the J show, but at this point, i'm not sure.

mmmm it needs a supercharger under that plastic cover or something shinny at least. i want it!

Ive never seen those 5 spd, do they even make em?

Haha yeah i'm hoping a supercharger will make it's way under it soon. Actually I believe it can be converted to a 6 speed . I'm not quite sure on that though...but I know they weren't made stock with a manual transmission besides the TapShift thingy. Thanks for the comments!!

there's a guy on CarDomain with a '95-'99 Z24 that he swapped a 3800 Series 2 Supercharged into.. and used a Getrag 5spd out of a '02 Sunfire with a custom adaptor snapped the custom subframe on its second launch

and the Canadian guy who did the swap and left it automatic.. and ran an 11.1 on his first pass (supposedly)

If its raven hes completely rebuilt that thing and now its a Turboed 3800 Series 2
