You have a 3rd gen.
All of the suspension parts are interchangeable.
And if the 18's cleared my sportlines you will be fine clearance wise.

i got drop zone coilovers with brand new kyb gr2 struts (not even 4 k miles) for 150 obo
There is a reason for that.. Dropzone Coilovers SUCK! Not to mention, Coilovers + OEM Struts = Fail, try again.
Search around on here, there are a lot of threads on their quality, or lack thereof.

eeeennnnnntttttttt wrong try again charlie! they changed the top front strut mount in 99 or 00. learned that the hard way buying used coil overs! might be irrelevant as far as springs go but im drunk and feel like being right for a moment!!!!!!! sorry
yes its changed, doesn't mean I can't put 95-99 strut mounts on my 02.
as far as i know, just about everything is interchangeable between third gen j's
