hello good peeps, not sure if in proper location , but looking for someone in in augusta , ga area that can rebuild my motor 2.4 twin cam, off 2000 Pontiac sunfire gt...help and /or recommendations would be highly appreciated, looking to get it done within the next month, trying to stay in 1500. budget...
Can't you buy another engine for that much? Or are you looking to do a performance build? What is wrong with your engine?
whats up Jason, the bottom end of engine clackin bad, already replaced oil pump that didn't help as I originally thought....I found 2 places with remanufactured motors but least expensive one was 2grand.
I think gonna rebuild or replace for longevity

I don't know too many peeps in GA, but I DO know that 2 grand for a used LD9 is absolutely @!#$ ridiculous. I paid 700 for mine with 81k on it, and that included shipping it about 200 miles. For 1500, you could do a complete Ecotec swap in your car.
