i was thinking about putting a performance ignition, either Summit or Accel Ac/delco coils in my 1992 sunbird 2.0L. the only available parts i found were for the 3.1. it notes on the site that 3 coils are required for the 3.1. does any one know if i can use 2 for the 2.0. lemme know if its possible or if theres anyone who has done it
oops i put msd ignitions in as my subject, i meant performance coil packs.
as far as i know you can use 2 for a forcylender
msd makes the 2 tower coil packs for gm. they fit most small gm engines, and they will fit your 2.0l.
the gains are very small from just coil packs. gm did a good job on the styock ones, and there isnt much of a need to upgrade.
