Is Anyone getting some nice and clean shifting out of there auto tranny

I have the 2.0 bird and the trans is getting sluggish it was rebuilt about a year ago and i am going the swap it to the 5 speed soon but till then.

Anything let me know

I gotta manual 2.2 and mine shifts like crap... due to my tranny leaking from the axle shaft.... the seal is bad grr
