cavalier just started acting funny. i step on the gas and the battery light comes on.the dash board lights got brighter its saying check gauges.car seems to keep reving and temp guages goes all the way to the end and the fans doesnt come on to cool it down.thanks for any info.going to try to get up early and get it to the mechanic.
Definetely an electrical problem. Probably a bad voltage regulator.
found out it was my spark plugs.
they had said the plug was broke
You're talking about a battery charging problem in your other thread. Have your alternator checked. I can almost guarantee the problems you're having have nothing to do with a bad spark plug.
i had that feeling but when he changed them everything was fine that day.yea think it is the alternator. thanks for the help.
