I never know which forum should get my wagon updates: regional, boost or 2nd gen, so I just rotate. lol
Anyway, the new Haltech computer, Walbro fuel pump, 30lb injectors and old-school VSS buffer are in place. The exhaust should be temporarily done tomorrow (just something to keep noise levels down, really).
A little time was spent Friday evening getting the car to idle when warm. Cold idle still needs a little fiddling, but that should be straightened out Saturday before street tuning (and maybe dyno tuning, if all goes well) starts.
Intake leaks are fun! Finally picked up a set of metal gaskets for the lower-to-upper intake manifold seal. That should take care of those pesky squeals that pop up every time the plenum comes off.
I'll post up some engine pr0n when pics and/or vid are available in a week or two.
Have you seen the turbo wagon?
14.069 @ 98.91mph
229.1hp & 261.7ft/lbs @ 6psi

Bailing on the factory computer? Is it because you didn't have the tools to tune it??
