Remote Mounted Turbo - Z24

Not saying its the best, its not. But it does work and I have seen it. Just not too many examples out there, but here's one that applies to J-body owners -

Has a video, runs 12's on stock 3400 V6.

ya i guess thats why there are several compneys making it for F bodys and GTO's....

2.2.... let me say it like this, any thing is worth looking in to and giving it a try, @!#$ i supercharged a damn 9.7:1 quad-4, and am runing 9lbs now. but give it a shot, you just may show every one up,

but becarfull, them 2.2's are not known for boost strength.

So what would you recomind for better 2.2 strength..... Rods, bearings, pistons.... what else? But thanks for the positive advise!

... honestly, i woul swap a 2.3 HO quad. but thats a diffrent thing.


just rebuild it using good parts, forged. port the piss out of that @!#$ty head, dubblle roller timing chain...honestaly you would be better off asking the 2.2\2200 guys, im not to versed with the LN-2.
