when i turn on the car and its warmed up. when i turn the the heat up high it starts leaking antifreeze and the car starts smoking.the car is not overheating.im thinking its just a hose. thanks for any info
went outside to check the hose to the radiator.i notice their were cracks in it and i could see antifreeze on the outside.when i turn the car on it doesnt leak heavy or smoke like it did when i was driving it.could it be more pressure when im driving and forcing more to come out and this only happens with the heat.
YEah it is the pressure causing it to do that. I need to replace my radiator as it has a pinhole leak right before that T-stat housing and when I gun it antifreeze comes out. But if I go easy on it it sustains temps very well and doesn't leak.
thanks so ill pick the hose up and have it changed tommorrow morning. i thought i was going to have to spend a lot of money if that wasnt the case.
