does anybody know where I can get a larger than stock throttle body
for a 94 Z 3.1 v6 if there is one out there?

There used to be a sticky that included throttle bodies, along with a bunch of other stuff. Don't know how our current sticky got truncated, but I do know that
RSM Racing has one.
Haven't gone that route yet, so I can't testify to their performance. (Still muttering by with a single injector on my 2.2)
jbodyperformance.com has a 56mm throttle body for 2.8/3.1 but you also need ported upper intake so will cost more
