I have a 93 Z24 and i'm having a another problem. Awhile back the rear spark plug blew out of the head and i had it fixed. Now the car is idling real awkward. I have had the pressure checked and it's ok. I have also replaced the idle position sensor, the idle air valve sensor, and the ecm. The car continues to idle between 750 and 1100. Any advice would be very helpful.

Is it a 3.1 litre, and if so was the battery unhooked? If you unhook the battery on a 3.1 you have to do an idle relearn procedure for it to idle correctly.





You can't outrun the radio.

it's a 3.1L and the battery is connected solid. I was thinking it might be a bad ecm. Could that be the problem?
