How difficult is it to remove a convertible top (1990 Sunbird)? I want to take the folding bows and everything out as an assembly. I'm just not sure about the attachment of the top itself to the tops of the rear quarters. Any special tools required?

i replaced mine it wasnt really hard just line up averthing do the front first and then do the back last. i used some of the big staples and i have to cut some stips of metal drilled out the poprivets in the front ull c when u do it and put litle bots . watch out for the litle plastic strip that holds the top to the body they like to brake when there old, just take your time
