Thiis may be one for an faq. I am doing the 3100 swap with a 96 beretta. The engine is out of a 96 beretta. The car it is going into is an 88 cav that has a 92 dash. The wiring is the wiring from an mpfi v6 car that I cannot remember. I just know that it wasn't a cavalier. I need to know three things.

1. will the wiring be the same from the computer to the engine?
2. will the wiring be the same from the engine to the dash?
3. does anyone know of any wires that will have to be swapped around?

use your existing wiring and ecm. you will need to lengthen a couple wires and rewire your coolant sensors to work with the 3 pin coolant temp sensor.
