not really they just mainly make them for the cars that are popular for aftermarket parts and 1st and 2nd gen j-bodies aren't popular

Not to mention some cars don't need aftermarket taillights. Our car don't look very good stock with a hint or rice-ification. Putting altezas on one would look aweful. Lesser availability also makes you appreciate cars like ^^^^^^ his more.
