I keep hearing this noise that sounds like bearings are going out of my alternator, but i replaced it and its fine, i was wondering if anyone has ever had this problem, its def coming from around my pulley area, any suggestions???

get a good automotive stethoscope and poke around some. If that doesn't work you can take a cup of water and pour some (Don't drown electrical components but they can get wet without too many worries) on each bearing/ idler etc. If you put water on the right one it should quite down some until the water evaporates.

get a long screwdriver , put it on the different areas while pressing it really snug to your ear. = poor mans stethescope.
