greetings all ... anybody have any thoughts about increasing the air flow to a 1993 2.0 MPFI in such a manner that won't detriment the motor as a daily driver (ie. rain or snow). would this help in performance or gas mileage in any way ??? the air induction system looks somewhat convoluted. thanking all in advance ... Irv
911 ... got fire?
2.0s were all TBI, I believe...
Anyway, you could try like a K&N filter up next to a hole in the front bumper or somethin...
yes all 2.0l ohv motors were tbi, but im sure he is talking about a 2.0l ohc, and they were multiport injection 93-94 aswell as all the turbo motors.
Basically, your options are a ram air intake, or a leaf blower
just atke off the bottom of your airbox attach a furnace duct piping to it, then route that to the front of the car. costs 5 bucks and you can close it during rain or snow.
