can anybody tell me where I can get an air ride system and how much
it will cost? 94 cav z24
Is it a bolt on set up or is fab work required?

no one makes it...your gonna have to custom build it. and your gonna have to custom fab some parts, just cause no one makes a kit for the 2nd gens.

AIM or airbagit.com makes a full kit, the rears have to be welded on. a kit runs 1200.00 to 1800.00

Check out Firestone, they have a nice varity of airbags. All you really have to do is bolt on the bag. You will probably have to customize some stuff. but nothing major. My buddy put a pair of bags on his 86 sunbird. He got his from a dump truck, the bags they use to pull up the 3rd set of wheels. I know he had to fabricate a valve because something was in the way. But i guess that anything is possible with enough patience...
But yeah, go to Firestone .com
Anyway, good luck!!

some of the guys i talked to about the aim kits dont get nearly as much drop as i did by completly building everything. only thing from stopping the car from hitting the ground rite now is the fenders sitting on the wheels. i am about an inch away from tucking 14"s(winter)

the other issues u can run into with "kits" is crappy valves, crappy compressor, and so forth. to get good stuff, other than your air cylinders or bagged struts for the front, i reccomend

just try to get away with not getting the aluminum cylinders. they dont last very long at all, unless the car isnt driven much.

There are bolt on struts for our cars. A company called KYB makes a line for them. They are even adjustable. Go to http://www.Advancedautoparts.com and they will have something for you.
