bys i put a crank sensor in my 90Z there about a week ago hardly done eany goin maybe 30km's and its gone again, its not bet up or anything what would cause this? is there anything else i should check, oh btw it was a brand new one i put in her

put in a new crank sensor and its not the problem, any one kno what this could be, could it be the computer because before this happend my coolant ligh, seatbelt light and cjeck engine light used to come on in the dash wen i turned the key ahead like it always did, but now none of them come on, i have a full car for parts so f i had an idea what it could be id try and fix it, i changed the coil packs the moduale the cran senso and still got no fire so i dunno can someone please reply back on this.

could be the ecm, could be the ecm has lost power, check connections under the hood

knows what it is now, lol changed the computer from a 94 cavi 3.1 and still no fire, will this computer work on my 90?

aaron what about the Coil Pack module...
do you have spark? have you tested for it, do you have fuel?

i got no spark from either of the coil packs, im pretty sure i have fuel

aaaron it's prolly the module that the coils mount to, also!, have you tired to run diagnostics to see what codes come up? Diagnostics how-to

also have you checked out the whole setup and seen if the wiring ect... is all good?

could be i guess however i changed it, no never checked for codes checked the wiring seams fine

check for codes and make sure your getting a 12 code
also, maybe swap the coilpack plate (the thing that the coil packs bolt to IGN module)

alreeady swaped it it from a car that ran perfect got in an acident and was parked for a mmnth or so so it should be good

is there anything else i can check, im nt getting any dsha lights either or no fire, im told that if i got no dash lights the computer is useless to hook up to check for codes, what else can i check? can anyone help me here, replaaced crank sensor and module on the coil packs along with coil packs

no dash lights at all?
check your fuses, pull each one of them and inspect them by hand.

all checked along with 3 fuesable links in front of the starting motor in the harness

hmn.
k there should be a single wire connector coming off of the battery, it's about 12-14ga wire. make sure that this wire isn't damaged @ all, and make sure the connector is still connected....

finally got her running, was wire under the dash that goes into that block all the wires for the power windows goes into

a main power wire to the fusebox? well that would cause it!
