Mantapart???? To order or not to order?
Sunday, October 15, 2006 4:09 PM
Has anyone used Mantapart and got good results? I remember a while back someone said they got stiffed my Mantapart. Has anyone here used the full Bilstein coilover kit they offer? How well did it work? Just looking for opinions of Mantapart products and if there products are worth the money. Thanks.

They suck. Everything about them. Don't waste your time or money. They rank right down there with JBP.

If you want coil-overs, build your own kit for much cheaper and have a better setup.

Agreed... I have no experience with them.. I will let you know that, but I have been on the site since 2003 and have NEVER seen good results through a mantapart transaction.
As much as I would like to order some of their valvetrain parts, shoddy business is best avoided.

JBP has screwed tons of people on V6Z24.com. I have personal experience with several of their items as well as their service department. Poor quality, overpriced, and terrible customer service. I've never dealt with any of their 3rd gen stuff, but they are definetely no good for 2nd gens.

i have their cams and have nothing buy rave reviews. they're extremely knowledgable and offer a great product lineup for the 3rd gens. cheap labour and i cant complain with putting 26whp down with just cams. if you call, ask for mev, he's the brains there.

the jbp cams are actualy ground right here in BC by a company called colt cams. their dyno sheet is actualy from my friends car. they cant throw their own cams in and dyno themselves.

Thanks for the info. They do offer some parts for 3rd gens that I can't find anywhere else. Maybe when the time comes someone will be able to point me to someone else that is mroe reliable. Thanks again for the info on them.
