we swapped the 3.1 out of a 92 into a 89 z24. The car pulls all the way to 4 grand and falls on its face weather under a load our not but if you bring the rpms up slow it dosent do this. Could someone give me some kind of idea what is causing this our some things i can try to fix it?
how old is the cat on the car? does it sputter or anything once you go above 4k?
